Format

All classes are small with mat classes averaging six to eight participants per class and equipment classes averaging four participants per class.  This allows for more individualized instruction during class.

Scheduling

Below is a list of our Group classes.  Private and semi-private sessions are scheduled throughout the day and weekend.  Please call or email the studio to set-up a private or semi-private session.

Class Policy

All classes require pre-registration.  If you miss a class you registered for, you are welcome to attend another class within the same month as the missed class as long as that class has space available.  There are no credits or refunds.  Please email info@lakeshorepilates.com if you miss a class and we will be happy to assist you in finding an alternate class to make-up for the class you were unable to attend.

Classes are typically 60 minutes in length with the exception of the Pilates/Cardio class which is 90 minutes.
